🍂 November Theme: Let It Go

November invites us to slow down and release what no longer serves us — just as the trees let go of their leaves. In this month’s creative workshop, we’ll explore the theme of “Let it go” through gentle writing and expressive collage-making.

🪶 We’ll begin with a guided journaling exercise to reflect on what we’re ready to release.🎨 Then, using colourful papers, magazine cutouts, and textures, we’ll create personal collages as a symbolic act of letting go.

Each participant will leave with a unique vision board, a visual reminder of renewal and emotional clarity.All materials are provided .No artistic experience needed, just bring yourself and an open heart 💛
